Sessions
We work through one real question for your firm together, like a vendor pitch coming up or finding where AI is already used. You leave with something specific, and a method you can repeat without me.
Ongoing support
I get to know your firm and keep an eye on what’s changing for you. A monthly session, written notes afterwards, and questions answered in between.
Specific engagements
When you’d rather I did a piece of work for you. Reviewing a vendor, answering one specific question, or getting your firm ready for the Privacy Act changes.

I’ve built AI products myself.
At NatWest I led the team that built the technology foundations to support AI agents, working with IBM and OpenAI. I co-founded and later chaired the AI ethics board. Before that, I was part of the team that launched the BBC Assistant on Alexa.
I don’t mind how much AI you use and I’m completely independent.
I’m not affiliated with any tech company and I’m not paid to sell any product. You can read more about where I stand on AI.
I explain things in ways everyone can understand.
I have a maths degree and an MSc in AI, and I started my career as a teacher. If you leave a conversation with me more confused than when you started, I haven’t done my job.
