From 10th December 2026 firms covered by the Australian Privacy Act must say in their privacy policy where a computer program makes, or substantially and directly influences, a decision that could significantly affect someone’s rights or interests.

I work with your team to go through one client workflow plus your recruitment workflow, and let you know where I think a computer program takes part in a decision that could significantly affect someone’s rights or interests. The AI Decision Review. AUD 4,000

For one specific question: a use case someone on your team wants to try, a policy question the board has flagged, or a feature your software vendor has just switched on.

You fill in a short form, and I’ll follow up by call or email if I need to know more. I then write up my answer and walk you through it on a call: what I’d do, why, what I’ve assumed, and what to watch out for. You can send one round of follow-up questions afterwards.

AI Vendor Review. AUD 6,000

For when a vendor is pitching you a specific AI tool and you want an independent view before you sign.

I join the pitch or demo, ask the vendor questions, and give you a written recommendation on whether to buy and at what level, plus what to clarify or negotiate first. It closes eight weeks after we start, so a slow sales process doesn’t leave it open indefinitely.

Staff Briefing. AUD 3,000

A one-hour remote session on one topic, for as many of your team as you’d like, with questions answered on the day. You’re welcome to record it for internal use.

You choose the topic. Typical sessions: Using AI tools at work without putting client information at risk, How to read an AI vendor pitch and When AI gets it wrong: spotting errors before they reach a client.

Interactive Training. AUD 4,500

A two-hour, hands-on remote session for up to 12 people, working in the tools your team already uses. You’ll leave with the slides and exercises to keep practising.

You choose the topic. Typical sessions: Using AI on a task your team repeats every week, Summarising long documents with AI without missing what matters, Checking AI output: a hands-on session on catching mistakes.
