I’m Fiona Kate Morgan. I spent four years at NatWest as a senior AI product manager, where I led the team that built the foundations for the bank’s AI agents and co-founded its AI ethics board. Before that I worked on voice and AI at the BBC.

Now I help law firms, and some other professional services firms, keep on top of AI so they don’t have to hire in-house expertise.
