We believe in using AI in the right place. In places that do not require our expertise, allowing us to focus on the areas that do.
Where something benefits from an intrinsically human skillset, often creative, then we will always aim to get a human to do it.
We never use AI to:
Everything we say, comes from a real, experienced human. No AI slop here.
- Write content (on the website or our blog)
- Write emails
- Write social media posts
- Give advice
- Design, write and record videos
- Course and knowledge design
The exception here is spell check – if that counts.
Where we do use AI:
- Scheduling meetings
- Taking meeting notes (if you have a call with us you can request we don’t use this)
- Follow up reminders
- Editing videos (things like removing the background and making Fiona look slightly less old)
- Brainstorming ideas
- Remembering a word when it’s fallen from our brains
- The occasional graphic, although we’re phasing this out
- Project management systems
